Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns has already happened in Saudi Arabia. Yes, Lesnar came up short on that occasion thanks to the interference of The Usos. But a loss is a loss nevertheless and losing to Reigns for the second time in a row will severely impair the mystique of The Beast Incarnate.
Look at what an unbeatable monster Goldberg used to seem like once upon a time, as compared to his current position after suffering losses.

If there is a match that will indeed set the entire wrestling world ablaze, it is Roman Reigns vs. The Rock. While it is unclear whether this match will happen at WrestleMania, you know what they say. Wherever there's smoke, there's a fire.
For Roman Reigns to lose at Day 1 to Brock Lesnar would actually diminish the value and the prestige of this bout. This is why Reigns should retain the Universal Championship.
