WrestleMania 34 Cruiserweight Championship match: Cedric Alexander vs Mustafa Ali, winners, video highlights and analysis

The match started with Alexander in control as the two exchanged holds. Ali then got the early advantage by hitting a beautiful hurricanrana on Alexander. The two continued to showcase their athletic abilities as Alexander went for a top rope dive hitting Ali on the outside of the ring.

The two kept exchanging high-flying moves on each other including a beautiful Spanish fly by Alexander which kept Ali down for quite some time before Ali showed heart and got back up into the game. Cedric showcased his strength by trying to wear down Ali.

Ali then hits one of his greatest signature moves, the Spanish fly from the top rope on Alexander, returning the favor.

Ali connected with a reverse 'Rana on Alexander, dazing him and then going for a reverse 450 splash on Cedric but Alexander managed to get his foot on the rope.

The two stared off again with Alexander connecting with hardback elbows to Ali and followed with a Lumbar Check and thus winning the Cruiserweight Championship.

The match was a great mix of fast-paced action, high flying moves and hard-hitting action. Cedric secured a very well-deserved victory and achieved his goal of winning the Championship that has alluded him for the past year.

Result: Cedric Alexander defeats Mustafa Ali by hitting the lumbar check.
