#6 Rey Mysterio vs Dolph Ziggler

The duo has past history together.
The duo has past history together.

Rey Mysterio made his much-awaited return at SmackDown 1000th episode and quickly made a mark by defeating Shinsuke Nakamura to qualify for the World Cup at Crown Jewel. He has not lost a step in his stream and looks in better than in his previous run which was disappointing to a large extent.

Dolph Ziggler has career resurgence of sorts when he started teaming with the Scottish Psychopath Drew McCintyre taking on the likes of the Shield, the Revival and was a regular feature in the Raw main event scene along with Braun Strowman.

With McIntyre and Strowman possibly feuding over for the foreseeable future, Dolph will end up in the mid-card again unless something dramatic happens. Rey Mysterio who made his return just now will be expected to go the distance in this tournament to determine who is the best.
