Kurt Angle and The Miz have had some staredowns in the past.

Kurt Angle is currently is not seen on the WWE television on a regular basis since the Raw Commissioner sent him on a vacation and allowing Baron Corbin to do the job as an acting General Manager which quickly escalated into a feud. Kurt Angle won a battle royale last eliminating Corbin to clinch a spot in the World Cup.

The Miz, on the other hand, is of most convincing heels that we will ever see in WWE. His cunning and arrogant gimmick is the best in all of the WWE. He is engaged in a feud with the returning Rey Mysterio and the duo had a great match.

Angle is rumoured to make a full-fledged return to in-ring action, and this could be a start just like Shawn Michaels who is scheduled for many more matches.
