Jimmy Uso hasn't been seen on WWE TV since Solo Sikoa removed him from The Bloodline. This happened right after WrestleMania XL, where the 8-time tag team champion lost a match against his brother, Jey Uso.
Ever since being ousted from the group he has been off television, and fans have eagerly awaited for him to return given his crucial role in The Bloodline saga. A while back a report stated that the former Bloodline member was medically cleared to return to the squared circle, but he still hasn't appeared. In the meantime, Paul Heyman was removed from the faction, Jacob Fatu was added, and Roman Reigns returned to WWE TV.
It so happens that Jimmy Uso is supposed to come back, he hasn't left the company and will definitely be a part of The Bloodline saga. His father and WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi clarified that the former Bloodline member is giving his body and mind the needed rest before making a comeback.
"Jimmy's doing fine. I think at any given moment, hopefully, Jimmy will be ready to come back to be able to do what he loves. I'm sure he misses the fans and I'm sure you all miss Jimmy. He's doing great. He's got some time to be able to rest the body, rest the mind, and he's ready to go, so, hopefully, we're able to see Jimmy soon."

The most popular speculation is that Jimmy Uso will reunite with Jey Uso and Roman Reigns against Solo Sikoa and his Bloodline.
Jimmy Uso can return at WWE Bad Blood to help Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will battle Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at WWE Bad Blood 2024. It goes without saying that The Bloodline members will interfere in the match in an attempt to cost the challengers the victory.
The Big Dog and The American Nightmare need someone to watch their backs, and at the moment, there is no one better than Jimmy Uso. The former Bloodline member holds a grudge against the current Bloodline, and will do whatever it takes to see them fall.
Furthermore, Uso and Roman Reigns didn't have a fall-out after WrestleMania XL, only that Reigns wasn't around to protect the former multi-time tag team champion.
