Dominik Mysterio recently detailed his experience since joining The Judgment Day on WWE RAW.

The 26-year-old made his in-ring debut in 2020. After teaming up with his father, Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio, for about two years, Dominik turned heel last September. He attacked his dad and Edge at WWE Clash at the Castle and joined The Judgment Day. He has since been part of the popular faction on Monday Night RAW.

In a recent interview with 100.7 The Bay, Dominik spoke about his experience being part of The Judgment Day.

"I think it's been really important for me to be able to go out and do my own thing, you know, like you kinda said, stepping out of the shadow of my Hall of Fame father, you know, Rey Mysterio. And I think that's been really fun to just be a part of this Judgment Day crew with Rhea [Ripley], Finn [Balor], and Damian [Priest]," he said.

The former Tag Team Champion added:

"I think they've really helped me get me comfortable in the ring and just, you know, more comfortable with myself and just going out there and having fun. Man, I think that's what's really helped me grow, just being able to go out there and have fun with those guys and it's a blast. I'm super thankful for the opportunity. I'm thankful that they allowed me in The Judgment Day and hopefully, we continue to grow." [3:50 - 4:29]

Dominik Mysterio on becoming a singles competitor in WWE

While Dominik Mysterio is currently a member of The Judgment Day, he has competed in several singles matches over the past few weeks. After defeating Xavier Woods two weeks in a row, the 26-year-old beat Apollo Crews last night on RAW.

In his interview with 100.7 The Bay, Mysterio stated that his victories over Woods prove he can be a singles star in WWE.

"You know, it's really important for people to see that not only is The Judgment Day, like you said, strong as a unit, but, you know, we're also strong individually. And just proving that I can beat Xavier Woods, one of the longest reigning Tag Team Champions, not once but twice is proving that I can hang in there as a singles competitor," he said. [0:46 - 1:08]
