WWE‘s newest luchador talent has finally made it to the ring. Well, not on RAW or SmackDown; Generico was seen accompanying Brodus Clay in NXT’s live event in Orlando, Florida.
“Recently signed independent standout El Generico (under the same name) made his WWE developmental debut at tonight’s WWE NXT live event in Orlando, Florida. Generico accompanied Brodus Clay, who took on ConorO’Brian at the event.”
It is great to see El Generico finally making it in into WWE developmental territory. It was however a bit surprising to hear that Generico came alongside Brodus Clay. He is an extremely good talent and hopefully WWE doesn’t waste him by making him an accessory for the ‘Funkasaurus’ dance show.
Generico can be an excellent replacement for Rey Mysterio now that he has gotten old. Mysterio has experienced a lot of injuries lately and Generico can turn out to be just the perfect high-flyer alongside SinCara.
What WWE is planning to do with Generico is indeed a mystery for now and only time will tell us what Generico will turn out to be in WWE.Published 14 Feb 2013, 11:10 IST
