Ember Moon set to appear on WWE Backstage

Former NXT Women's Champion Ember Moon is set to return to WWE programming tonight as a part of WWE Backstage on FS1. She will join the crew of Renee Young, Booker T, Paige, Christian, and the former WWE Champion CM Punk to shed some light on her tenure in the promotion.

Ember Moon's main roster run

Ember Moon had a dominant stint in NXT where she was a former Women's Champion. However, when she moved up to the main roster, she didn't find notable success. Ember Moon won the opportunity to challenge Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Championship at WWE Summerslam but came short of winning the gold at the biggest event of the summer. Following her title feud, she once again suffered back-to-back losses which took away her momentum on the Blue brand.

Currently, Moon is sidelined with an undisclosed injury and as a result, we may not see her perform inside the squared circle for the rest of the year. The Shenom was not assigned with either of the brands during the latest WWE Draft which makes her a free agent and available to work with the brand of her choice.

Ember Moon looks to address this scenario when she joins WWE Backstage on FS1. Apart from her current WWE status, the viewers may also get to know whether The Shenom will be associated with this year's Survivor Series or not.
