Velveteen Dream has been a revelation down in NXT, from his eccentric persona to his mannerism, every bit of his personality screams a legit superstar in the making.

From a gimmick’s perspective, the perfect mentor one can think of for Dream has to be Goldust. Goldust can provide the base platform for Dream to be the next Goldust and an even better version.

There’s no gain from a feud between them except something like a passing of the torch. Goldust can always remain as a veteran mentor/manager providing his assistance.
