KO won the NXT Championship once, the United States Championship thrice, Intercontinental Championship twice. On 29th of August 2016 in an episode of Monday Night Raw, Owens competed in a fatal four-way elimination match for the vacant Universal Championship. He won that match and thus went on to win the Universal Championship, which is his first World Championship in WWE.

He is one more example as a Wrestler from the PG Era to hold both the Intercontinental and World Championship.
