#4 Wellness policy violation
Another problem with Reigns is that he is prone to making mistakes. While Reigns has managed to cut down on these types of incidents over the last couple of years, he was suspended for a wellness policy violation in 2015. What made the situation worse was that he was champion at the time of the discovery, and The WWE initially tried to cover it up.
Unfortunately for WWE, the information about Reign's violation was leaked and the company was forced to suspend their biggest star for 30 days. Before announcing his suspension to the world, WWE had him lose the title clean to longtime rival, Seth Rollins in a one on one contest at Money In The Bank.
What made the fans angry however was the fact that Reigns was instantly inserted back into the title picture upon his return and was even a semi-finalist for newly created Universal Title. Of course, Reigns eventually lost to Finn Balor, who would go on to defeat Seth Rollins for the title at Summerslam, but fans were still unhappy about the unequal treatment he received.
