Randy Orton needs a change of direction

Randy Orton is, for want of a better word, boring. The former WWE champion has done everything there is to do on Smackdown live, and he is now just hanging around like a bad smell.

WWE have tried to give him something different to do by dropping him down into the mid-card and US title scene, but his programs with Bobby Roode and Jinder Mahal never really got out of first gear. His feud with Roode, in particular, was a massive disappointment given the talent of the two men involved.

Moving Orton to Raw and turning him heel would at least present him with some new opponents and some fresh storylines while having him stay on Smackdown just means we will see more of the same from him in the coming months.
