Why would WWE do this to Bruan Strowman?

If nothing else, Braun Strowman has no doubt been affected the most by Roman Reigns becoming champion and The Shield reuniting a week later. Not only is that evident by the rumors circulating of him losing at Hell in a Cell, but also by how ill-timed and painful his heel turn is to watch.

Maybe its just because he was doing great as a babyface for so long, but it seems unfair to turn him heel at this critical part of his career. In fact, it almost seems like a carefully crafted move to make sure that Bruan Strowman doesn't exceed Reigns in popularity, which he no doubt would have if The Shield didn't reunite.

In the end, it is brutal to watch all five of these men become shells of their former selves and it is even more difficult to watch when you realize why they are doing it. Of course maybe WWE will eventually push other talent again that isn't The Shield or Roman Reigns, but for now, it seems like that's the only kind of act that WWE is truly interested in.
