Roode is not exactly struggling as a babyface, he is currently heading into a WrestleMania match with former WWE champion Randy Orton, but he would fare so much better as a heel. His natural persona is being completely ignored at the moment, simply because he has a theme song that fans love.
Everything about Roode, from his entrance to his general presence, screams heel, and the best runs of his career have come when he is playing the bad guy. A heel Roode ss a face Rusev is a great potential feud that the WWE seriously need to consider in the second half of 2018.
