#2 Roman Reigns

There is very little that is left to be said about Roman Reigns and a possible heel-turn that has not already been said. Roman Reigns is not the majority fan favorite that WWE wants him to be, and by pushing him too hard in their attempts to get him over, they have caused the opposite effect.
Fans resent Roman for being forced down their throats. The company has placed him as the face of the company, but the crowd are far from accepting him in that position.

His in-ring style cannot be blamed for this. Other than an over-fondness for rest holds, Reigns has been one of the best stars in the ring over the past few years. It is the way that he has been booked which has resulted in fans growing apathetic with regards to him.
The fans decided to cheer every heel that WWE set up for Roman to face, including Brock Lesnar and more recently, the universally disliked Jinder Mahal. The only good thing that has happened due to Reigns, is that Braun Strowman was able to become one of the most popular stars on the rosters by attacking him.

If the company wants to save Reigns as a character, then they need to turn him heel. As a heel character, Roman would be respected, and fans who don't like him would continue to boo him. This way the man positioned as the face of the company would not attract the loud jeers that he does at this point.
