A report from PWInsider.com suggests that Adam Cole has signed with WWE and will report to the WWE Performance Center this week.

Reports indicate that Cole will be starting off with NXT rather than jumping to the main roster. He isn't the only big independent name that NXT has grabbed, as we have recently seen the debuts of Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly, and there also rumours that Lio Rush could arrive on the scene.

The signing of the former Bullet Club member has been heavily speculated upon ever since he dropped the ROH World Championship to Christopher Daniels at ROH 15th Anniversary and left the company. While in ROH, Cole was associated with the extremely popular wrestling stable known as "The Bullet Club". With the popularity of the stable only growing, it is interesting to note that this will be the 5th Bullet Club Alumni to join WWE along with AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson and Finn Balor.

With Summerslam weekend right around the corner, many are expecting Adam Cole's introduction to the WWE Universe to take place this Saturday at NXT Takeover in Brooklyn.
