Former WWE star to reveal backstage stories in new book this week
Former WWE Superstar JTG, Jason Paul Anthony, is going to release his first book tomorrow. The book is titled – “Damn! Why Did I Write This Book?” and will feature backstage stories from his time in OVW and WWE.
Paul began his career in 2006, working with WWE developmental territory Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) under the ring name “The Neighborhoodie” . Out there, he was into a tag team with Shad Gaspard, calling themselves “The Gand-Stars”. Later the team was promoted to WWE RAW under the name “Cryme Tyme” with Paul changing his name to JTG.
Here is a promotional material for the book from JTG:
DAMN! WHY DID I WRITE THIS BOOK? Is a compilation of short stories all focused around the four letter word that has ended more wrestling careers than steroids, pills and alcohol combined. HEAT!
HEAT – A “black cloud” that follows a superstar after a personal conflict or misunderstanding between two individuals or more backstage.
In Damn! WHY DID I WRITE THIS BOOK, I take the reader, on a journey, from the beginning of my career, to the final curtain call; sharing stories on how I battled Heat from day one, while managing to piss off more people for writing this book!!!
