Former WWF & WCW Superstar, Wildman Marc Mero, revealed that he would be requiring a heart surgery soon. Mero, who won the Inter-continental championship while in the WWF and the World Television championship thrice in WCW, was also an amateur boxer. He also was part of TNA for some time.
His date for surgery will be decided soon after the doctors complete tests to decide the extent of damage. Here’s what he posted this morning on facebook:
“This morning Darlene and I will be boarding a plane to travel to the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. After seeing 3 heart specialists including visiting the Emory Heart & Vascular Center in Atlanta. I have been told I need heart surgery. I am blessed that the top surgeon in the US Lars Svensson, MD, PhD – Cleveland Clinic will be doing the surgery. I will be going through tests from 7am until 3pm tomorrow to determine when the surgery will take place.
I have an enormous Faith in God. I wake up every day with passion and purpose and realize there are so many people just trying to survive. I am so thankful!! I have a lot of people praying for me, family, friends & church. Just a bump in the road! We serve a mighty Big God. Looking forward to new results! God is in control. “I Believe!””
