On a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the recent departures from Impact wrestling were discussed.
In reference to the same, it was revealed that as several top stars part ways with Impact Wrestling, two marquee performers who’ll be staying with the promotion in the days to come are Johnny Impact & Taya Valkyrie. Besides, details of their contracts were also expounded upon.

Johnny Impact (WWE’s John Morrison) and his fiancée Taya Valkyrie recently started working with Impact Wrestling.
The popular pro-wrestling couple was lauded by fans and experts alike for their performances in Lucha Underground, apart from other organizations as well.
The heart of the matter
In reference to Johnny Impact & Taya Valkyrie’s future in Impact Wrestling, it was revealed that they are likely to stay with the company for a decent amount of time.
Adding to the same, it was stated that Johnny and Taya recently signed contracts with Impact Wrestling, and will keep performing for the organization until their deals run out.
Furthermore, it was noted that their current contracts with Impact Wrestling permit them to perform for Lucha Underground as well when tapings for LU’s next season commence. It was also noted that with Impact-parent company Anthem operating from Canada, the promotion will probably hire a greater number of Canadian wrestlers from this point going forward.

Johnny Impact is perhaps one of the most underrated talents to have ever graced the squared circle. His charisma is undeniable and in-ring skills are unquestionable—big things await Johnny inside the Impact Zone, and whether or not that comes to fruition, depends on how well management books him in the immediate future.
On the other hand, Taya Valkyrie has proved her mettle in the ring with several top-notch performances. It’s great to see the duo stay with Impact Wrestling.
