From the WWE Rumor Mill: Enzo Amore still not allowed in WWE locker room

How's he
How's he doing with his backstage heat?

What's the story?

Enzo Amore's backstage heat is becoming the stuff of legend.

Nobody really knows what he will say next on the microphone and it turns out the "Smack Talker Skywalker" is still experiencing a ton of backstage heat and not much has improved in regards to his standing in the locker room as WrestleVotes says he's still not allowed in the locker room.

In case you didn't know...

There was a time not so long ago when everybody loved Enzo Amore. If you didn't love him, you at least had to admit he was insanely popular. Fans couldn't look in any WWE crowd without seeing his merchandise.

His partnership Big Cass came to an end and then Cass went out of action due to injury. But through it all, Enzo Amore's backstage heat seemed to grow into a huge problem for him.

The heart of the matter

Enzo Amore was moved to 205 Live in an attempt to freshen up the Cruiserweight Division and references were made on television to the fact "nobody else wanted him". But even after giving Enzo Amore the Cruiserweight Title it didn't appear to remedy Amore's backstage heat.

WrestleVotes, the same Twitter account that broke the Nia Jax walk-out and has been correct about a few other recent events commented on Amore.

Apparently little has changed in regards to his backstage heat. It is said Amore was still not allowed in the WWE locker room as of last week.

What's next?

Hopefully, Enzo Amore will be able to tone it down and make some friends backstage.

It's been said he has people pulling for him but it's hard to befriend someone who is always "on" and bragging about how much money he's making and what celebrity he's hanging out with.

Author's Take

Enzo Amore was the "Realest Guy In The Room" and now apparently he's not allowed in the locker room. Therefore, he could change his name to the "Realest Guy In The Hallway", so that's something.

It would be a shame for his backstage heat to cause more damage to his career. After all, Dave Meltzer said in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE still saw big things in him. But it might be a challenge for Amore to turn it around unless something changes soon.
