What's the story?
Kaitlyn was a fan favourite during her time in WWE and showed a lot of promise for a long career. But she left WWE in 2014 and said she considered herself retired.
But the Wrestling Observer Newsletter says there is interest in WWE of bringing her back.
In case you didn't know...
Although Kaitlyn stepped away from WWE in order to focus on her marriage and clothing line, her wedded bliss with bodybuilder PJ Braun recently ended. The 30-year-old "Girl Next Door" won NXT's third season to introduce herself to the WWE Universe and was given a push afterwards.

She came to WWE's attention due to her participation in the Arnold Classic Figures Competition. After spending a little bit of time in Florida Championship, Kaitlyn was pushed to the main roster in 2010.
After only four years with the WWE, Kaitlyn decided to bid farewell to WWE.
The heart of the matter
You can never say never in pro wrestling as Dave Meltzer noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that there is some internal talk in WWE about bringing Kaitlyn back into the fold.
She still has a great look and has posted on social media showing the hard work of training in the ring. With WWE interested in bringing her back, it might be only a matter of time before Kailyn makes her return.
What's next?
WWE has no shortage of young female talent hungry to excel in the ring, but they might require seasoned veterans to work with from time to time in order to help them really shine. Mickie James' return to WWE is an excellent illustration of a veteran talent doing just that.
Just like with Mickie James, Kaitlyn's presence in the women's locker room could do a world of good to help younger female Superstars get to that next level.
But don't count Kaitlyn out either. At only 30-years-old, she still has plenty of time to be a top contender for either Women's Title on WWE's main roster.
Author's take
Kaitlyn always entertained me and it makes me happy there's a chance we could see her again. She's still young enough to make a difference and it could still do some great things in WWE before her time is really up.
