What's the story?
If the rumours are to be believed, the Shield Reunion is set to happen at WWE: TLC, but it may not be against the Miztourage. The Monday Night Raw episode teased the reunion with the Miz and Miztourage beating down Roman Reigns after their match and mocking him with a Shield fist bump.
According to the reports in Pro Wrestling Sheet, the Shield's return match may not be against the Miztourage.
In case you didn't know...
Roman Reigns faced The Miz in a match on Raw in which the former was beaten down by The Miz and the Miztourage. After the beat-down, the three stood over the prone body of the Big Dog and mocked him with the signature Shield fist bump.
The Shield reunion was rumoured to be set to take place at TLC, with their first match as the Shield taking place at TLC 2012 against Ryback and Team Hell No.

The heart of the matter
Ever since Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins reunited to form a tag team, rumours circulated that there might be a Shield Reunion in the works. The post-No Mercy Raw saw a lot of references to the group made by the Miz. After his match against Roman Reigns, Miz went on to beat him down using steel chairs, with the help of the Miztourage.
This seemed to indicate that the Shield return may be to face the Miztourage at TLC, but Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet reported, that the opponents for the match might not be set in stone at the moment. The Miztourage may just have been the spark that helped them to reunite, but their actual opponents may differ at the pay-per-view.
With Braun Strowman feuding with Seth and Dean, he may also be involved somehow in the return match.
What's next?
Roman Reigns is set to take on the Miz for the Intercontinental Championship on the next Raw. Seth will also take on Braun Strowman after he challenged him following Dean's loss on the previous Raw.

The Shield Reunion is a huge event that has been teased numerous times over the years since the trio broke up. It would be poignant for it to take place at TLC 5 years after their first match.
The Miztourage as opponents would definitely be disappointments for the big reunion due to the lack of upper card status of Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. It is only left to see who would be lined up for the big match.
