From the WWE Rumour Mill: Brian Kendrick returning from injury soon?

Kendrick has been out injured since late December last year

What's the story?

Another injured WWE Superstar could be back on his way to action soon. Brian Kendrick was backstage at RAW, according to PWInsider and could well be set to return to the ring, sooner rather than later.

In case you didn't know...

Kendrick was injured in late December 2017 in a match against Hideo Itami on 205 Live. Itami hit him with the GTS, breaking Kendrick's orbital bone in the process.

Kendrick has been out injured since then.

He made his WWE return at the Cruiserweight Classic in 2016 before signing on with 205 Live later in the year.

The heart of the matter

With Kendrick being spotted backstage on RAW, it looks like he could be ready to return from injury soon.

He will probably make his return on 205 Live after WrestleMania, although a return to the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal could also be on the cards.

What's next?

Kendrick will be making his return from injury in the coming weeks.

Author's take

Kendrick is a seasoned veteran and could be an integral part of the new 205 Live. It will be interesting to see how WWE treat his character.

A return to the grizzled veteran with nothing to lose from the Cruiserweight Classic could be one way to go.
