What's the story?

During the UK tour, Nia Jax has been teaming with Alexa Bliss as 'Team Rude' facing Sasha Banks and Bayley. However, a report from the Dirty Sheets suggests that Nia Jax may have possibly picked up an injury during the women's tag-team match.

In case you didn't know...

Nia Jax has only just returned to action, having had a few weeks off from television tapings and house shows. There was a great deal of speculation surrounding her absence from Monday Night Raw, but Jax herself clarified that she had requested time off to heal from a niggling back injury.

The heart of the matter

Nia Jax, who returned on last week's Monday Night RAW becoming Alicia Fox's first pick for the RAW women's Traditional Survivor Series match team, has been touring the UK with the rest of the RAW roster.

However, during a tag-team match, she reportedly took a nasty looking bump when Sasha Banks and Bayley attempted a double suplex, with witnesses at the arena reporting that it looked like Jax landed on her neck.

The Dirty Sheets then reported that the match went to a quick finish, and that fan footage captured Nia Jax holding her neck as she left the arena, possibly signifying an injury. (Video courtesy of The Dirty Sheets.)

What's next?

We'll have to see if Nia Jax makes in-ring appearances during the rest of the UK tour and, if she does, how she looks, particularly her neck. It's possible her neck was in pain after the bad bump but that she didn't actually pick up an injury.

Author's take

Hopefully, Jax hasn't picked up an injury here; she seems to have a small amount of buzz surrounding her at the moment and an untimely injury could ruin that for her.
