#1 Yokozuna – 589 lbs

The sumo who never was

Weighing in at almost 600 pounds, Yokozuna was literally a mountain of a man. Even though the man was from Samoa, he was portrayed as a sumo wrestler in wrestling even though he wasn’t one and wasn’t of Japanese descent.

Yokozuna was managed by Mr. Fuji who followed him into the ring throwing rice and waving a Japanese flag. He found an unlikely partner in Owen Hart and won two tag team championships with the superstar. He also won the World Heavyweight Championship twice.

Apart from that, he was the Royal Rumble 1993 winner and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in the Class of 2012. Yokozuna tragically passed away in a hotel room at the age of 34.
