How Hulk Hogan should return to WWE TV

Is it time
Is it time, Brother?

After three years of false reports, a WWE representative finally confirmed earlier this week that WWE was in negotiations with Hulk Hogan over a return to the company for the first time since his firing in 2015 for his leaked racial remarks.

As of this writing, it is unknown if Hulk Hogan will return to WWE TV in any form should he re-sign with the company, but many fans like to think that he probably will. The WWE spokesman commented on the Hogan negotiations saying:

"We have had discussions with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan) about how he can help others learn from his mistakes, however, he is not under any contract with WWE."

Now straight off the bat, this in no way implies that WWE has any intent in bring Hogan back to TV. In my opinion, it seems that they would want him to make appearances at promotional events to talk about how wrong he was with what he said, how sorry he is and how we can all learn from his mistakes.

But is a TV return out of the question? I certainly don't think so, and if so, how can Hogan return to TV after all these years? I think Hogan should be eased into TV back on our screens as soon as the WrestleMania weekend. An appearance at WrestleMania itself would be cool to see, but I think the best way to ease him back in a slow and calm way is to have him induct Hillbilly Jim into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 6.

Shortly after his Hall of Fame induction was announced, Jim told TMZ Sports that if he was able to choose who he wanted to induct him, it would be Hulk Hogan.

So I say WWE should give Jim what he wants, let Hogan say his piece about returning and forgiveness in a post-Hall of Fame WWE interview, and take it from their.

And who knows what can happen after; we know WWE Smackdown is going to need a new General Manager...
