Braun Strowman cashed in his Money In The Bank briefcase to get this opportunity at Hell In A Cell. Adding this element to the match actually cancels out this element and makes it somewhat irrelevant. Part of the appeal of the Money Of The Bank briefcase is you never know when the holder will decide to cash it in.
Some of the WWE Universe's biggest pops have happened when someone has attempted to cash in the briefcase. Strowman cashing in the briefcase to get this match, a match he was likely to get without cashing in the briefcase, negates the whole point of the briefcase. That hasn't stopped the announce team from reminding the viewers that the Money In The Bank brief case is still an element in this match.
