Fantasy booking both Women's Championships heading into WrestleMania 35

#2 Royal Rumble and the road to WrestleMania

It's one or the other for the Royal Rumble victory.

In Phoenix, Ronda and Asuka sit on the outside, staring each other down for a brief moment and teasing a mega match between the pair for some time down the road. The second annual women's Royal Rumble match has some cool moments involving the likes of Ember Moon, Sasha Banks and Bayley, with a couple of surprise entrants like Kaitlyn, Toni Storm and importantly, Shayna Baszler. We get a tease of the Four Horsewomen vs Four Horsewomen match. However, in the end, we come down to Becky and Charlotte.

These are the two superstars who want Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania, the former because their match at Survivor Series was canceled and the latter because they have unfinished business from the match at that very show. There is a lot of storytelling potential here. The match is won by Becky Lynch, outlasting Charlotte Flair and 28 other women. She immediately grabs a microphone and says “You didn't think I would choose anyone else Ronnie, did you?”, while the crowd loses their collective minds.

However, Ronda Rousey has one more obstacle to pass before WrestleMania. She defends the Raw Women's Championship inside the Elimination Chamber against Sasha Banks, Bayley, Ruby Riott, Ember Moon and Natalya. Ronda, however, starts to look more and more heelish. Becky faces Nia Jax in a grudge match, winning in handsome fashion. Asuka defends her belt against Naomi in a fun match between friends before Charlotte comes out and attacks her from behind, staking her claim for a Championship match for herself at WrestleMania.
