Hulk Hogan's statement on racist comments, issues public apology

Hogan apologises for his racist remarks

As reported earlier, Hulk Hogan has been removed from the WWE after the company erased his existence from all of their mentions. He has been pulled out from WWE Tough Enough show and they have stopped selling his merchandises too.

The Hall of Famer was exposed by The National Enquirer and RadarOnline who released the racial remarks which he directed towards the black guy his daughter Brooke was dating. The controversial tapes revealed some ugly comments made by the Hulkster which forced WWE to part ways with him and “scrubbed” him from their website.

Following the release of the audio transcript, Hogan has come out with a statement in public as he spoke to People.com and issued the following apology on the racist comments that have led to his WWE departure:

“Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it. This is not who I am. I believe very strongly that every person in the world is important and should not be treated differently based on race, gender, orientation, religious beliefs or otherwise. I am disappointed with myself that I used language that is offensive and inconsistent with my own beliefs.”

An unexpected name just challenged Randy Orton RIGHT HERE.
