What's the story?
Finally, there is some positive news surrounding Su Yung after weeks of being wrapped up in the case of domestic violence which centred around her husband, WWE Superstar Rich Swann. The talented star made her debut in Impact Wrestling at last night's tapings and it seems that she made it clear who she has a problem with.
In case you didn't know...
Su Yung has become quite a well-known name to the WWE Universe over the past few weeks since it was revealed that she was part of an incident with her husband which led to him being arrested and then suspended indefinitely by WWE.
The company has a zero tolerance rule when it comes to domestic abuse and Swann now awaits the final decision to that he can work towards getting his job back.
Even though her husband is a famous WWE star, Su Yung herself has had quite the career. She has made it to WWE before when she performed under the ring name Sonia but never made it out of FCW.
She was released from the company in 2011 after just over a year in developmental, she has since been working on the Independent circuit until recently when it seems that he signed with Impact Wrestling.
The heart of the matter
Su Yung made her debut last night at the Impact Wrestling tapings that will air in the coming week. She made her way to the ring as part of the marriage proposal between Braxton Sutter and Allie, as Braxton went to propose to the former Knockout's Champion, Yung made her debut and attacked Allie.
It seems that Su Yung has been able to keep everything about her character that has made her a star on the main roster and has already started what could be an interesting rivalry with Allie, someone who definitely needed the boost.
What's next?
These tapings won't air for a number of weeks so fans won't be able to see her debut live yet but it is great for Su Yung to be getting some news coverage for something positive.
As for the current controversy with her husband, perhaps that will be wrapped up in the coming weeks as well since the news surrounding it has recently gone quiet but WWE COO Triple H stated that if no charges were filed then Swann would be allowed to return.

Su Yung is a talented wrestler and it's a shame that she will always be known by many fans now for something other than her wrestling ability. Impact Wrestling need someone like her to take over their Women's Division and in time they will see just how talented she really is, hopefully, this leads to the exposure that she deserves.
