Cherry worked in developmental as Malik Omari in 2012 and 2013, and it’s claimed DeMott used racial slurs against him, including telling him to “go back to Africa.”
- At UFC 185 next weekend former WWE star CM Punk will be in UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis’ corner, for his title defense against Rafael dos Anjos. Punk is currently training with Pettis at Roufusport in Milwaukee.
- Former WWE star Manu (Afa Anoa’i Jr.) is launching his own wrestling promotion called Battlefield Pro Wrestling in the coming months.
