Sasha Banks is one the pioneers of the on-going Women's revolution. At the age of 25, she is already a 4-time WWE RAW Women's Champion and has been a part of the first ever Hell in a Cell match and now is all set to be part of the first ever Women's Royal Rumble Match.
I got a chance to catch-up with Sasha Banks during a teleconference and asked her a couple of questions which she answered with grace.
I'm sure you are excited about the upcoming Women's Royal Rumble Match, If you win which Championship do you think you will challenge for? RAW or maybe Smackdown?
Sasha Banks: Oh, that's hard because, for me, I want to prove I can hold the RAW women's Championship for a very long time but also I know the potential of what me and Charlotte can do in a match so I guess you'll just have to wait and see.
Moving to the upcoming mixed match challenge, what was your initial reaction when you were paired with Finn Balor?
Sasha Banks: I was so excited, honestly, they kept who our partners are going to be as a surprise so when I came to know Finn was my partner I was ecstatic. I have known him from NXT, I have been a huge fan of him since New Japan and I can't wait to work with him.
So were you hoping for Finn Balor as your partner?
Sasha Banks: Yeah, I was. I was hoping for Finn to be my partner. I think I have the best partner in the tournament.
Which legendary female competitor are you most looking forward to seeing make an appearance for the women's royal rumble?
Sasha Banks: I am looking forward to hopefully Trish or Lita, Beth Phoenix, Molly Holly, Jazz... you name them, I want them all. They are all great, I named all of all the women.
Would you like to have an extended program with anyone of them?
Sasha Banks: Oh, absolutely I would love to wrestle any of them. That would be awesome.
