Matt Riddle was officially revealed as the newest signee for the NXT roster at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn 4 back in August. Prior to that, fans were already speculating that the King of Bros would eventually make his way over to WWE from the indies.

Last night on the Takeover: WarGames preshow, Riddle had a chance to join the panel of Sam Roberts, Pat McAfee and Charly Caruso.

Things were going smoothly until Kassius Ohno showed up and confronted Riddle, saying that he's a mirage and that he sees through it.

Riddle, of course, fired back by saying "Dude, I used to think you were cool. But now, I see that you're just bitter. Maybe instead of being bitter, you should try being better."

This spilled over into the opening moments of Takeover: Wargames. This time, Matt Riddle confronted Ohno by calling him out in front of the entire crowd at The Staples Center.

Riddle stated, "We're chilling in L.A, We got two rings down here, and I'll knock you out in both of them, bro!" Ohno came down to the ring, calling Riddle stupid for being in the ring when he isn't scheduled to be. Kassius then referenced the referee in the ring challenged Riddle to an impromptu match.

Finishing the match rather quickly, Riddle made Ohno swallow his words as it was him who said he would "expose" Riddle in one second.

In what was probably the quickest match ever, Matt Riddle looked great. It should've been expected that he, of all people, would be able to get himself over at a show he wasn't originally even booked in.

However, questions loom in the back of every wrestling fans brain. Number one, what's next for Kassius Ohno?

He's great at putting new talent over, and right now that seems like the only thing meaningful in his near future. One can only hope that he is at least satisfied with his current position in the company. Number two, is Matt Riddle set for a big push?

That, of course, would be a dream come true for Matt Riddle, and all of his fans around the world. Only time can tell, and we have no choice but to wait and see. This was only a taster of what Riddle is capable of and we look forward to seeing a lot more from him.

It will be interesting to see how Matt works with the rest of the NXT roster. We can only hope that NXT Creative has something special in store for him. The King of Bros is upon us!
