At the 2010 edition of WWE's TLC, John Morrison faced Sheamus in a Ladder match to determine the #1 contender for the WWE Championship where the contract hung high above the ring

The match between the two quickly took a turn for the worse as the action spilled outside the ring as soon as the bell rang.

Sheamus bridged a ladder between the ring apron and a broadcast table in hopes of putting The Shaman of Sexy through it but while they were brawling on top of an erect ladder in hopes of grabbing the contract, both men fell with Morrison falling to the outside and The Celtic Warrior going through that bridged ladder and breaking it in half.

Morrison won the match by climbing the ladder and retrieving the contract.

In this 2009 episode of WWE SmackDown, John Morrison wrestled the legendary Rey Mysterio for the luchador's Intercontinental title in what is believed to be one of the best matches involving him.

Both men squared off inside the ring and showcased immense acrobatic skills which got them standing ovations from the crowd.

In a hard-fought battle, Morrison pinned Mysterio with a Starship Pain from the second rope even after getting hit by a 619 to win the coveted title.

After the match, Mysterio hugged and congratulated Morrison for winning the Intercontinental Championship.

If John Morrison indeed returns to WWE, these matches will serve as a testament as to why the current roster should be wary of The Guru of Greatness.
