Kane out of MITB ladder match

Former World Heavyweight and ‘Money In The Bank’ ladder match participant, Kane, was recently injured following a brutal attack at the hands of the Wyatt Family last week on RAW. There were reports on WWE.com that Kane may have suffered brain or cervical spine trauma that may be significant enough to either warrant surgery and that his participation in the ladder match may be doubtful.

However, there were confirmed reports on the international version of SmackDown that Kane will indeed not be participating in this match. Even though a replacement has not yet been named, one would think Bray Wyatt would be a possible option.
