The Chairman may be so impressed by Kingston that he gives him a 10-15 minute slot at Mania to go out and entertain the crowd.

Mr. McMahon is capable of anything. In the past, he has had many of the company's top athletes dance at the tip of his fingers. It won't be unusual to hear this announcement come out of McMahon's mouth. This could be a slot much like the half time slot at the Super Bowl where the crowd is entertained by the performances.
