LA Knight to bring WWE Hall of Famer at SummerSlam if Jake Paul shows up? Exploring the possibility

WWE SummerSlam 2024 will witness LA Knight make yet another attempt to win his first championship on the main roster. The Megastar is set to face Logan Paul for the United States Championship at The Biggest Party of The Summer. While Knight has what it takes to beat Paul, the situation is complicated because The Maverick mentioned a certain ''Mr. Cleveland'' on last week's SmackDown.

During the July 26, 2024, episode of the blue brand, Logan told the WWE Universe that a certain ''Mr. Cleveland'' had planned a surprise for him at SummerSlam. While the identity of Mr. Cleveland has not been revealed, it could very well be Logan's brother, Jake Paul. And if that's the case, then it won't be surprising to see LA Knight bring out WWE Hall of Famer Mike Tyson.

At WWE SummerSlam, the promotion could create an angle in which Jake could come out to help Logan retain the US Title. However, Mike Tyson could appear and take down his boxing rival, thus leading to LA Knight taking advantage and winning the United States Championship.

While the angle is speculative, it could happen because Mike Tyson and Jake Paul are set to fight each other in a professional boxing match on November 15, 2024. Their involvement at SummerSlam would not only be beneficial for WWE but also for the duo, as they would have a chance to promote their fight.

Wrestling veteran believes LA Knight should win at WWE SummerSlam

When LA Knight gained momentum and became one of the most cheered superstars in WWE last year, many thought he would soon win a singles title on the main roster. However, that did not happen. While Knight did get opportunities, he was never booked to win.

But as per wrestling veteran Jim Cornette, it's time for The Megastar to win his first championship on the main roster. During an episode of The Jim Cornette Experience, the veteran explained a potential scenario WWE could book at The Biggest Party of The Summer.

"I think he [LA Knight] needs to win this. And if they want Logan Paul to go in a different direction, maybe somebody else can assist him in losing that by clocking him in the head or something. I don't know, but LA Knight needs to come out of this somehow with the belt and at least pinning him, you know, for the thing," he said. [3:25-3:47]

It will be interesting to see if The Megastar claims the US Title in Cleveland this Saturday.
