The upcoming episode of SmackDown on USA will witness LA Knight defending his United States Championship against Andrade in a singles match. Heading into the contest, Knight is a massive favorite to retain the gold, as many believe his title run won't end abruptly.

However, there is a chance the same could happen and a 29-year-old superstar could be behind it. The 29-year-old superstar in question is YouTuber turned wrestler Logan Paul. He could make his return to WWE programming by costing Knight the belt.

For those unaware, Paul likes to work on big shows and matches. Hence, he could resume his feud with LA Knight on SmackDown by interfering in his match and costing him the title. This potential interference could lead to a Triple-Threat Match between Andrade, Knight, and Paul at WWE Crown Jewel.

While the angle is speculative, a Triple-Threat Match between the trio would be a great watch at the event in Saudi Arabia. It will be worth observing if something along these lines takes place in Crown Jewel or if Knight ends up retaining his title comfortably.

LA Knight recently spoke about why his win at SummerSlam mattered

LA Knight's run as United States Champion began at SummerSlam when he beat Logan Paul in the latter's hometown to win the title. Knight's victory over Paul was impressive since the YouTuber is known to use treacherous ways to find his path to victory.

Recently, during an appearance on Reality of Wrestling, The Megastar spoke about his win at SummerSlam. Knight dubbed the winning moment as straight adrenaline. He said nothing else mattered.

"Straight adrenaline. Nothing else. Nothing mattered. I mean, if you saw the way that I just popped up when that three happened is unusual. [...] But with this one, it was just straight up adrenaline, the whole place exploded and it was just like 'Give me that belt,' and, it was time to just take my moment."

Check out what LA Knight said in the video below:

The United States Championship victory at SummerSlam was Knight's first singles title win on the main roster. While Knight has done a good job of defending the belt until now, it will be interesting to see how long he is able to keep hold of it.
