Heart of the matter
Lucha Underground kicked off its fourth season with many surprise returns and unexpected debuts at the brand new “Temple” which is situated in a warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
The first set of the Season 4 tapings saw the debuting ECW veteran Tommy Dreamer in an Aztec warfare match. Many Prominent pro wrestling figures like Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez also made their returns to the company.
The 434 also confirmed dreamer’s Lucha Underground debut:
Tommy Dreamer’s contract tenure with Lucha Underground is still unknown. He recently made a one-off appearance at ROH Final Battle to help his longtime friend Bully Ray. So this debut could also fall under the same category as well. We have to wait few more days for the official confirmation from the company.
Dreamer deserves one final long run to finish his career and still has the potential to work in deadly hardcore matches even at this age. If he has signed a full-time contract, then it would be a massive addition to the Lucha Underground roster.
