Steel Cage Match: Shane McMahon vs The Miz

The Miz and Shane McMahon continued their rivalry from WrestleMania.

Result: Shane McMahon defeated The Miz

Analysis: The match between The Miz and Shane McMahon at WrestleMania was a pretty good fight. This match was boring, dull, and even had the wrong result. This match was entirely too long. The action was not even close to as fast paced as a steel cage match should be. Shane McMahon using the ropes to break out of a pin looked stupid at the moment before you realized that this was supposed to show Shane McMahon using his power to influence the referee.

The Miz's Frog Splash also did not look that good and it is probably better for him to stay on the ground. His promos are so good that he doesn't need to worry about using high-flying skills to get cheers from the WWE Universe. The Miz also badly needed this victory a lot more than Shane McMahon did as he deserves to be able to end up winning this rivalry which seems to be over instead of losing because Shane McMahon slipped out of his shirt.
