There is a lot of controversy surrounding Nia Jax at present since the former RAW Women's Champion looked as though she dropped Kairi Sane this past week on RAW. She already has a reputation of not being the safest Superstar to work with, especially since she injured Becky Lynch a few years back and it's seemingly defined her career.
Jax has only just returned after undergoing double ACL surgery and has already been able to garner some heat within the WWE Universe, so for WWE to put the contract on her would definitely get people talking on social media.
In the past, WWE has been known to make decisions based on the reaction that they will receive from their fanbase, and choosing The Irresistible Force as the Money in the Bank contract winner would definitely be a controversial choice.
If WWE wants to ensure that Money in the Bank is trending following the event, then Nia Jax would be the right person to pick up the case. Especially since the former Champion has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons following her return.
