The duo of Duke Hudson and Andre Chase has been a popular tag team in NXT since they formed Chase U. They have been involved in key storylines and title matches but have never been able to win the tag titles until tonight.
Last week on NXT, Chase U became the number one for the NXT Tag Team Championship after winning a battle royale. They got their title opportunity tonight at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc.

The match was going well for both teams. However, toward the end of the match, Jacy Jayne tried to get Andre Chase to use a crowbar, but he refused. This resulted in Jayne climbing the apron. When Tony D'Angelo hit the ropes, he knocked Jayne off the apron.
This momentary distraction allowed Andre Chase to take advantage and get the win via a rollup. This win means that Chase U have now won their first-ever championship in WWE.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
