The next WWE Royal Rumble will be held at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida, on January 27, 2024. In a recent interview, Ariane Andrew revealed she would be open to competing in the women's match at the event if she receives an offer.
Andrew, formerly known as Cameron in WWE, worked for the company between 2011 and 2016 after appearing on the Tough Enough reality competition. The 35-year-old recently set up an independent wrestling promotion called Pound Town Wrestling (PTW).
In an interview with Muscle Man Malcolm, Andrew made it clear she is busy planning future PTW events right now. However, a one-off return as a Royal Rumble entrant still appeals to her:
"I don't know but if the opportunity is there and it makes sense, absolutely," Andrew said. "I'd never say no to an opportunity to be able to be in that squared circle. I don't wanna say never, but it just has to be right." [11:40 – 11:55]
Andrew previously appeared in the 2022 Women's Royal Rumble match. As the 13th entrant, she lasted 51 seconds before being eliminated by Sonya Deville.

Although she is open to the idea of returning to WWE, Ariane Andrew is also keen to spread the word about the independent wrestling scene in America.
The former Total Divas cast member joked that signing with a major organization is not as easy as some fans think:
"I love my wrestling fans, I love my wrestling universe, but they're very specific," Andrew said. "It's always like, 'When are you returning back to WWE?' or, 'Go do this, go do that.' I'm like, 'Oh, yeah, let me just pack my stuff up in my purse real quick." [1:35 – 1:48]
Andrew is arguably best remembered for her tag team partnership with Naomi. Known as The Funkadactyls, they performed together on-screen between 2011 and 2014.
