Adam Pearce was promptly kicked out of SmackDown this past week by new General Manager Nick Aldis. All this emerged when the latter needed to stamp his authority regarding Jey Uso taking over SmackDown. This week on RAW, Pearce made a somewhat surprising decision.

As you may know, Adam Pearce has been the main authority figure on RAW and SmackDown for over three and a half years. It's a relatively long tenure by WWE standards, with few authority figures going on for as long. On a stacked episode of SmackDown, Nick Aldis was revealed as the newest General Manager, while Pearce became the full-time manager of RAW.

This week on RAW, Adam Pearce was seen telling the referees to double the security. Nick Aldis appeared and apologized for his actions on SmackDown, sensing they got off on the wrong foot. He said that he was trying to stamp his authority.

While Pearce didn't seem convinced initially, he told him to sit back and enjoy the show rather than kicking him out the way Aldis did.

When it happened recently on SmackDown, Pearce said, "Let the games begin," possibly hinting at Survivor Series: WarGames.
