Dusty Rhodes' daughter Teil Runnels recently recalled how several WCW wrestlers attended a party at her home, including AEW star Sting.

In the 1990s, Dusty Rhodes worked as a member of WCW's booking committee. He once staged a Christmas party at his house in Atlanta, Georgia, where a young Cody Runnels (aka Cody Rhodes) and Teil Runnels lived.

Teil told Sportskeeda Wrestling Senior Editor Bill Apter that lots of girls were interested in Sting at the party:

"They say that kayfabe is dead, but we definitely had a Thanksgiving where I think all the [Four] Horsemen were there when I was very little. There is I think footage of that somewhere in a family vault. But I remember especially when I was older when we lived in Atalanta, WCW, he [Dusty Rhodes] had a big Christmas party, and I remember Sting was there and all the girls really liked Sting. That was a big, exciting moment." [3:47 – 4:15]

The star-studded party featured many notable WCW names, including Arn Anderson, Diamond Dallas Page, Lex Luger, and Missy Hyatt.

Teil Runnels on Dusty Rhodes as a father

Many fans consider Dusty Rhodes to be one of the greatest entertainers that the wrestling business has ever seen. On June 11, 2015, the WWE Hall of Famer sadly passed away at the age of 69 due to kidney failure.

Teil Runnels also gave an insight into what kind of man the wrestling icon was like in real life:

"He was the best dad. We talk about that all the time. He was just such a big presence in our lives, and he was a really supportive dad. He was more serious at home, more quiet. But, as you know, he loved to joke around, he loved to prank. He was funny. He was a fun dad." [3:16 – 3:37]

Later in the interview, Teil shared her thoughts on Brock Lesnar attacking her brother Cody Rhodes in front of her on the July 17 episode of RAW.
