Jordynne Grace has been the face of the TNA Women's division for a while now. She won the TNA Knockouts Championship back in January against Naomi, who was also in TNA Wrestling at the time. Grace then made a surprise appearance at the 2024 Royal Rumble and competed in the Women's Royal Rumble Match.
Tonight on WWE NXT, Roxanne Perez was waiting to find out who her opponent for NXT Battleground would be when Grace made another shocking appearance again. She walked to the ring with her TNA Knockouts Title and challenged Perez for the NXT Women's Championship. However, that was not all. After Stevie Turner was complaining about Grace receiving an opportunity, the Knockouts Champion challenged her to a match next week on NXT.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
