CM Punk, Shawn Michaels, Baron Corbin and Bianca Belair featured on WWE NXT

Several WWE stars were featured on NXT. The names include CM Punk, Shawn Michaels, Baron Corbin, and Bianca Belair.

After Triple H took over the creative responsibilities of RAW and SmackDown, Shawn Michaels was named the head booker of NXT. Since then, he has done an excellent job putting NXT on the map. He has introduced new titles like the NXT Women's North American Championship.

Michaels has also been instrumental in the growth of several young stars, such as Wes Lee, Oba Femi, and Roxanne Perez. With WWE constantly looking for new talent, more young talent may join his brand.

Recently, WWE held its annual SummerSlam tryout, where athletes from different walks of life got the chance to showcase whether they have what it takes to become superstars. Michaels, CM Punk, Baron Corbin, and Belair attended the event.

A video package from the event was aired during this week's NXT episode and featured Punk, Corbin, and Belair. NXT commentator Vic Joseph even mentioned their names when referencing the video.

It will be interesting to see which of these SummerSlam tryouts exceeds all expectations and makes it big in the WWE.
