Charlotte Flair defeated Sasha Banks at the Roadblock: End of the Line pay-per-view, to win the RAW Women’s Championship for a record fourth time.
The two women wrestled each other in a 30-minute Ironman match which went to sudden death overtime. Although the performances of Charlotte and Banks were critically acclaimed, WWE Superstar Emma vented her frustration about that match via her Twitter account.
Emma had suffered a back injury while working at a WWE Live event and has been sidelined from in-ring competition since then.
From October, vignettes started to air during RAW which indicated that she had been repackaged as Emmalina. After weeks of hype, it was announced that she would be making her in-ring return on December 12th edition of RAW but those plans got postponed.
It must be noted that the doctors have allowed Emma to get back into the squared circle but for some reason, WWE have been holding up her return.

Emma has hinted in her tweet that she should have been in the Championship picture and claimed to be a more deserving candidate to win the RAW Women’s Championship than any of the Four Horsewomen: Charlotte, Bayley, Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch.
Emma has been working in WWE Live events since October as a special guest referee for the matches featuring the RAW women’s division. Several fans felt that her appearances in the live events indicated her return to the main roster but that is yet to happen.

There were rumours of including Emma in the Women’s Championship picture following WrestleMania 32, which was one of the reasons behind the call-up of Dana Brooke from NXT. Brooke debuted as her ally, by attacking Becky Lynch during a backstage segment on the 9th May edition of RAW.

The two were supposed to be involved in an angle with the-then Champion Charlotte but those creative plans had to be nixed due to the sudden injury of Emma.
