A female ex-WWE star has made a big announcement on Twitter/X. As per a new post, Francine is now accepting bookings for 2025.
Francine made a name for herself in Extreme Championship Wrestling in the late 90s. She also had brief stints in WWE and TNA Wrestling. She did well as the on-screen manager of Shane Douglas, four-time ECW World Heavyweight Champion. The last time Francine wrestled was on the September 26, 2006 edition of ECW where she and Ariel competed in an Extreme Catfight that ended in a draw.
In her latest post, Francine stated that she's now accepting bookings for next year. She also hinted that she will make appearances alongside Shane Douglas.
"Accepting bookings for 2025! Remember that The Franchise Shane Douglas and I like to work together! If interested, email [email protected] Serious inquiries only please!"

WWE pitched an interesting idea to Francine for the NXT 2300 show
Francine, along with several other legends, made an appearance on the WWE NXT 2300 show on November 6, 2024. She later revealed on her Eyes Up Here podcast that a major role was pitched to her ahead of the appearance. She was offered the spot of the special referee in the Hardcore match between Lola Vice and Jaida Parker.
The legend said she rejected the idea because she thought she wouldn't be able to match the pace of the young stars today.
“I then talk to my husband and he said, ‘Did you not forget about the five surgeries you’ve had on your abdominal?’ ‘Well, yeah.’ ‘Do you really think you can be quick enough with the way these girls work.’ These girls are good and they can work. ‘Do you think you can get down and get the false finishes and run around?’ I was like, for me, because my core is so weak, just lifting myself up getting into the ring is slow. I was like, ‘I guess I’m not going to be able to do it.’'” [H/T Fightful]
Fans are aware that Francine's spot was later given to Dawn Marie. She officiated the match between Parker and Vice and Parker was the winner when all was said and done.
