Former champions' break-up teased after being spotted arguing backstage on RAW by Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch was out making her entrance from the backstage area on WWE RAW, and she had to stop for a second after seeing two ex-Tag Team Champions arguing in the background, teasing a split.

There has been one split that has been teased for a while now—a very long time, in fact. That is the split of the former SmackDown Tag Team Champions A-Town Down Under, Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. We've seen teases of a face turn for Austin Theory for quite a while now.

That continued on RAW when Becky Lynch was making her way to the main stage area. She had to turn around for a second as the argument was getting increasingly heated.

It was hilariously noted by fans that the teases had started before the summer of 2024 or before Jacob Fatu even debuted in WWE. Seeing the impact that he has had and the fact that he is now the United States Champion puts it into perspective.

Theory's career has undoubtedly slowed down under the newer WWE regime in the last three years, and many are hoping that a face turn will revitalize things for him.

It's going to be interesting to see if WWE actually pulls the trigger.
